Adem thought Faruk was arrogant , selfish , and egotistical. That he deserved to loose everything. Now that hate in Adem has subsided he is realizing Faruks real qualities, loyalty, forgiveness, and honesty. Look how impressed when Adem told Faruk to look for Okans weekness. Faruk immediately said no. Adem is starting to meet his real brother not the one he always hated or the one Fikret always complained about.

Faruk should have declined straightway Ozgur's invitation to attend the staff birthday dinner party and tell her straight he is having anniversary dinner date with his beloved wife. Period. I think yhe idea behind this scene is that the employee had been with them for 20 years. Adem and Fekrit organize a celebration. Faruk is impressed by them acknowledging him. Faruk is a good boss but this isn't something he even though of. Faruk is begining to think these two are capable of taking more responsibility on and that they are a great team.
