Ram is actually meta this season, after the orisa nerf, nobody is picking up on this...
His block and nemesis form is literally orisa fortify, his survivability is probably the best, if you conservativly use the nemesis form and realise that your basic primary fire does more damage, he's an actual cancer poke tank to play against, unkillable and has an ultimate that can go on forever like crazy if you block....

Ramattra has been meta since release. Legit downs just about every character on the roster; my biggest threats are really limited to actual-good tracers or the occasional reaper. Considering my team is ignoring the targeted flanks; can cause for an easy solo dps carry from the enemy team. Playing your shield is critical, know when to close the distance with punches or when to use nemesis to escape. Anticipating enemy movement to toss a proper vortex and then punish with punches. Knowing how to counter another good Ramattra, especially when your team is suiciding to him. There’s a lot to to Ram, but when you master him, you’ll be solo wiping the enemy team. The game has evolved so much for me that I don’t even see it the same way when I was first learning. A lot of times it’s either my entire team is on some pro shit. And the other guys get shut down at their spawn. Or your entire team is BS, maybe you got a mercy or whatever, but it’s like you’re the team captain trying to 1v 5 the enemy team. Don’t fucking sleep on Ramattra
