@@lisarm100 I think that too especially after her pulling the “I have feelings for you” prank. They care so much about each other but as you I think it’s a realization for him that not only him but her also could be more than just friends. I think both have just ignored the signs not wanting to mess up what they have plus him being her TO but that kiss will make it hard for either to deny it now… I hope

Tim and Lucy have both been through so much. i feel like Lucy has always kinda liked him but at the moment I’m szn 4 finale he realized he had feeling for her. They have helped each other through so much and she understands him so well. They know each other so well and fit amazingly together!

Tim's reaction was utter shock. He was seriously stunned. I don't even know how he missed their chemistry. LOL He had this what just happened here look on his face. It freaked him out. Now he has to deal with it by not dealing with it. I think Lucy already knew she liked him but didn't acknowledge or pursue it for obvious reasons.
There are so many theories and speculations in this fandom. I love it!
Some are saying he’s known he likes her for a long time but was suppressing it. And her kissing him let’s him know she now feels the same way.
Others are saying he JUST had the aha moment. Where as she’s had a crush on him for ages.
@@lisarm100 That works too. LOL Sometimes we're so clueless. A good friend was crushing on me for a few years and I had no clue. I found out from a mutual friend when our lives took us in different directions. I used to pride myself on being observant. Haha
I've been saying this too . They both love each other but the difference is that Tim didnt tell chen he loved her but he showed us and her in many different scenes whereas chen loved Tim too but she just tried to hide it , she never acknowledged it until she saw that her time was running out and Tim may possibly marry this lady ... the lady whom he dated briefly in the show served a major purpose in bringing out chen's true feelings for Tim. I knew she wasnt gonna be permanent. Smart move by writers. Tim was shocked and amazed as though he knew he always loved her , he wasnt sure if she felt the same way towards him and that kissing scene was a moment of realization / confirmation that ok this is really a thing . Chen couldnt hide it anymore .
@@kemariemaragh-campbell6721 I actually think they both tried to hide it. Tim being more in denial and sarcasm, and Lucy with jokes. Tim was never going to marry Ashley. Lucy only thought he was.

lmao I was the same. My country doesn't air the rookie often so when it did last year, I watched knowing I wanted to watch for chenford....that scene came on and MY JAW DROPPED lmaooo I was like "omfgggg cute but like how am I supposed to watch now if they've progressed to the point of a feeling confession" lol but turns out it wasn't what it seemed and I caught up in time for season 4.
