We definitely encourage it because he loves it and it's so good for his education. He's learning place names, reading words and numbers on timetables and explaining to others all about his passion. Thank you for watching and commenting 😊
I used to be like this, everytime I went shopping through Sunderland I always got me dad to take me down into the train station.. I'm now 31 and I'm a trainee maintenance depot driver at heaton, Keep spotting young lad cracking videos
love the class 397 they do an hourly service at my station and sometimes when I’m popping to Liverpool I’m lucky enough to jump on one but once it got replaced by a 185 (love them) but upsetting 😂
It’s amazing that a youngster like him is so passionate about trains! Btw, about the 158s for getting tones when it is on the opposite platform, it’s quite difficult for the driver to see since he drives on the left side. The other trains at the station have larger windows so the drivers can see better. So if he wants tones off a 158, the best way to do it is to go to the driver’s left hand side! :)
Yeah he absolutely loves trains. Our home is covered in tracks and it's all he talks about. I just love spending time with him and seeing him happy 😊 Thank you
Magic video thank you. Planning to take my Grandson to Newcastle Central. How do you access the platform. Do they sell platform tickets. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
The best advice I can give is to speak to one of the staff members when you get there. Newcastle is an LNER station so the staff will be wearing red. There are barriers at Newcastle Central Station. If they are closed, you'll need to speak to the staff to get through anyway. If the barriers are open, you can access the platforms without a ticket but it would still be better asking a member of staff. That's because, they might close the barriers whilst you're on a platform and you can't get back out. Also, it's best to let the staff know you're there as they might say it's busy so come back later or they may say go to a certain platform. Newcastle gets a lot of trainspotters so the staff will be used to it and will appreciate you asking them. When I've been with Tommy in the past, they normally let you on without a ticket if it's not too busy. I hope that makes sense. Tommy loves Newcastle even though it is busy. Hope you have fun and thanks for watching our video 😊 If we can help any more, please let us know 🙂
Youngest spotter ever glad to see young people fascinated in trains
He is obsessed 😄 There is quite a group of young spotters at Cramlington
@@TommysTrainsandPlanes it's a nice station I have visited before
Obsessed… the only way! I was obsessed…and still am…it all started , for me, in 1967 officially spotting my first loco, D4 Great Gable
Nice to see parents encoraging the kids to go trainspotting. Keep up the good videos!

Got a song about Chathill “Come to Chathill where nobody cares”
We like Chathill although it is a long long way to go for trainspotting
Pound for a tooth by inflation it should be at lest 25 pounds👍🐻🦷🚂
I'll not show Tommy this comment. Are you trying to bankrupt me 🤣
