- In this video, we review using Intune Configuration Profiles with Windows clients. We start by reviewing how they are different from Compliance Policies, then we look at the difference between User and Device assignment. Next, we walk through a demo on creating a Configuration Profile with Edge and Chrome settings that change the home and new tab page. Finally, we verify the Configuration Profile by logging into an MDM managed windows client.

@@Ciraltos Thanks!
hello. thanks for this video. When you set a config profile? do i have to reboot the machine for the policies to take place? i ask because im trying this in my test lab and the sync button in the device dashboard doesnt seem to be pushing out the policies.
can we deploy only to devices or user ids as well
I have one question, After creating a configuration profile to Enable SMB Signing, there are certain registry setting values which should change automatically on endpoints as well, but i can see that those are not changed on any endpoints and because of which i am seeing these machine are vulnerable to SMB signing disabled vulnerability, but on my Intune console i can see that it says success for all the devices when i look at configuration profile. can you let me know what i might be doing wrong here ?
