try being more smooth u have very nervous steering and also so much slip mid-corners. I have not raced the track but u can gain around a second on circuit this long by removing the sliding mid-corner as much as possible as it also affects your corner exits negativelly. For the steering try steering earlier and much litttle. It will help you with the sliding and also maximise your exit speed. The harsh and late steering is the reason for your spins.
