Rain ruined it. Unlike the last time I attended the festival it never rained. Although the festivities was a success. Next year again. I hope no more health pass. 😄
Thank you for the Videos and everyone enjoying it.. My only concern are the dancers don't they have a water boy to give them drinks. It's so hot out there they will pass out for dehydration. Furthermore, they have been dancing all day .When I went to visit Japan to see Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band there's designated person for hydration. She goes run around give everyone drinks in the straw without disrupting their performance. Anyway, Happy Masskara CONGRATULATION Bacolod city balik yuhom
