INGREDIENTS:
0:01 - 0:52 Crispiest Fried Chicken
4 pcs Chicken Legs,
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,
1/4 tbsp Pepper Powder,
4 Eggs,
2 tbsp Corn Flour,
2 tbsp Besan Flour,
1 tps Paprika,
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder,
1 tbsp Piri Piri Masala,
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
1/2 Orange Juice,
2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese,
1 tsp Pepper Sauce,
Salt,
Oil..
Chicken Cooking Process:
Chicken pieces,turmeric powder,salt,1/2 tsp pepper powder,Mix and Marinade for 20 mins..
Then steam it for 20 mins..
Eggs,Water,Boil for 7-10 mins..
Chicken Stuffing Making Process:
Steamed chicken flushes,corn flour,besan flour,paprika,cumin powder,1/2 tsp piri piri masala,ginger garlic paste,orange juice,1/2 tsp pepper powder,salt..
Mash well...
Egg Stuffing Making Process:
Boiled yellow eggs, mozzarella cheese,1/2 tsp piri piri masala,pepper sauce,1/4 tsp pepper,mix well..
Stuffing Process:
Egg white,egg stuffing,make it to a ball,and stuff that into the mashed chicken..insert that to a leg bone..repeat the process for all pieces..
Coating Process:
Stuffed legs,All purpose flour,beated egg,coat with bread crumbs or flattened rice..
Fry on oil on medium flame..

Chicken Stuffing Process:
Chicken,Fennel Seeds,Green Chilli,Pepper Corns,Grind well.Add Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder,Piri Piri Seasoning,Spring Onion,Salt,Oil in the grind chicken..
Flat the Breads..
Stuff the Chicken Mixture in Flatted Bread and make into Momos..
Fry those Momos in Oil..

Dindigul Biryani Making Process:
Oil,Ghee,2 inch Cinnamon,8 Cardamom,6 Cloves,3 Star Anise,Onion,Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves,Ginger Garlic Paste, Prepared Garam Masala,Mint Leaves,Curd,Chicken,Salt,Water,Lemon Juice,Rice..Cook for 3/4 level of rice cooking.Put dhum for 20-25 mins.Spread Coriander Leaves,Mint Leaves for nice Aroma..

2 Breadfruits,
1/2 cup Corn Flour,
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese,
Salt,
Oil...
Chakka Fries Making:
Boil the breadfruit pieces in water for 8-10 mins. Drain the water and mash it.Add Corn flour,mozzarella cheese,salt and mix well. Pour the mixutre into air thight bag. Seperate it evenly in a bag. Keep that in refrigrator for 2-3 hours. Let it cool, dust the all purpose flour and cut into pieces. Fry it on Oil.
