I have only recently run across this woman. WTH! She is a mega talent. She is intelligent. She has character. She is courageous, has integrity, CARES ABOUT OTHERS, is willing to put it out there to get the music industry to allow up and coming artists to have a chance “cruelty free”. After being put through hell in her career and it is time to make major changes in the industry. I love her for so many reasons❤❤❤

Jaguar is one of a kind. I love her. Some people don't get her so they make jabs at her but she's great. Born with a gift of singing, Jaguar actually has a very soulful voice and strong voice. Yeah she has issues too which she's admitted but she owned up to it when asked. She was able to see the industry and yeah she said it was sick which is one of the two reasons she left.

Generally the breach can make you liable to a civil suit maybe jail time in extreme situations but if lifetime or lump sum compensation is included restitution is often required. I think jaguar did her research and is walking a thin line
I guess if I were "someone significant" I would stipulate in the NDA monthly payments to expire 10 years after the statutes of limitations are over for possible crimes committed. And repayment plus penalty if the agreement is violated.
