2:24 Battle 3 is so my jam, also it feels a bit like an Atelier's Battle Theme Especially Atelier Shallie's Sweep with a dash of Stella. Definitely using this in my game.
@@longgband arklys, ehh... brings back good memories from playing lulua wwww. wondering if the composer for rpg maker mz's music is the same with atelier series? or maybe they're just inspired?
Man, when I hear Battle 4 (nicknamed: Equal's Resolve/Friendly Fluidity) All I can think of is: In your youth, you are trained because you have potential and/or are at the end of your rope. You meet another/other kid(s) like yourself, and beside your new master, they are another reason for you to overcome. (Sparing to Battle 3 - Essence of Change) Eventually, you part with your childhood friend(s)/rival(s) promising to one day reunite once you've gotten stronger. After years of trials and tribulation, you reunite, The kid(s) you once were have almost complete faded, All except for that promise you made to see who has the stronger resolution. Near a crucial point during the fight it would transition to Battle 6, now: You(all) would be pushed to the absolute brink knowing you can no longer see eye-to-eye. OR You and your friend(s) know you still share the same resolution and want to overcome your end goals together. "In the world, heart alone isn't enough to get you through. It's up to you to find what you're missing. To each, their own."
I used Theme 4 as the ending song to my game and it fits it so perfectly. It's peaceful, yet incredibly sad and melancholic, with hopeful hints of what's to come, which is exactly how the characters feel at the end. They had an incredible journey together, but it is bittersweet, since they know it may be years before they ever get to see each other again... Makes me tear up every time.
Castle 2 (12:43) could totally fit for a capital city. A strong, unified and invincible capital city which represents the whole kingdom's strength and hasn't been taken down in centuries. One of my favorite tracks from the collection, definitely.
After re-hearing these songs, I think I could finally use them (I bought MZ without hesitation, but I've stayed on MV because the ressources wasn't like I expected)
Very awesome tracks! Though my only criticism is that this one is more like an inspired album than MV's. About 90% of MV's tracks were new and didn't carry a hint or much "echo" from already existing tracks in the video game world. Notably, my favorite track from this is Field 2 (26:15), because this is has mix mash-up of both Chrono Trigger's Corridors of Time and Chrono Cross' Dreams of the Shore Near Another World which my ears and mind immediately went to when the track started.
RPG Maker has come such a long way though I'm still stuck on 2000 and 2003 because of nostalgia. :O 95 is TOO OLD. Just wow. ;_; 95 would have been better if they had higher resolution tilesets and bg's and maybe better looking windows....just blegh D:

agree! the atelier vibes is so strong. town 1 theme also feels like atelier theme

Field 1 and 2 from MV gave me Atelier vibes too.
A little piece of advise for every RPG Game Maker: Set Theme 2's (At 45:50) Pitch to lowest to get the nicest Shop theme. Thank me later
Haha I'll try that bro and I thank you in advance haha
Some of the non-battle themes could totally be used for fights.
lol I use Scene 7 as my main battle theme
the battle themes are alright, but there's plenty that aren't battle themes and still do the job better imo
And Battle4 doesn't sounds like a battle theme, for me at least.
@@mikaelsza I'm using it as a character for one of my party members lmao
So many!
Theme3 can easily be used as a battle theme

Town 5 (57:47) will never stop giving me persona 5 strikers vibes, especially that intro.
As usual, I am in love with _all_ the battle themes.
The RPG Maker series always has great music. It’s also worth it for the soundtrack.

It's my world map bgm when characters traveling, fit quiet well
Stock RPG maker music has no right being this good, every edition has all new music that is consistently great.

The first track is still a banger! Bless you for uploading this bro!!
15:35 Theme of Dungeon 1 reminders me so much to Stages from Megaman X and Gulvolt Games :O
The music overall gives me a more Persona vibe. Like it suits the sci-fi graphics better.
이 영상을 올려주셔서 감사합니다. RPG Maker MZ로 게임을 개발할 때 많은 도움이 되고 있어요 ㅋ
Scene 7 is a banger change my mind
Bruh. How did I not know this came out.
same boat found it looking for rm osts, gonna buy it now
Dungeon 5 and Theme 1 is sad for me. When I use it, I feel like this good to make sad part of the game.😭😭😭
Looks like they put more effort into the music this time around.
@Fresh Burrito THIS. About the only version of RPG Maker I've used that had weak music was VX. VX Ace improved on it greatly.
@Fresh Burrito It's a short way of saying "I completely agree with your comment."
the best rm ost is vx ace, followed by mv imo
stephenvlog gang here for theme 2 ✊ 45:50
Ship1 is absolutely HEAVY on the Dragon Quest influence.
After re-hearing these songs, I think I could finally use them (I bought MZ without hesitation, but I've stayed on MV because the ressources wasn't like I expected)
Hearing Battle 3 as an anime intro
Wow, Field 3 and Field 4 sound so much like Mario Kart music :o
is it just me or some of these themes sound like Xenoblade and I like it
I use theme 4 as my world map bgm, it just sounds like a journey
why did i cry over a rpg maker song💀💀
Battle 4 is my favorite battle theme. I use it for story event battles in my game.
This is a good soundtrack but what i think is a bit sad is that music from rpg maker mv is missing (I really liked from mv: Battle 1 and Town 2)
Just use the MV songs then. It’s all the same format.
55:11 I love it sm 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
To me, Town 3 feels heavily inspired by the music of the first town in Pokémon Ruby.
Town 3 and Town 8 I'm pretty sure was played in Camero (Thundaga)'s Streams.
38:19 - Scene 8
I set this to pitch 70% for a Kingdom Hearts-like main menu theme.
Battle 3 sounds like something off of Sonic the Hedgehog, like something from modern Sonic.

holy shit i did NOT expect the fuckin dubstep bass in battle 7

Field3 yes please!
I wish these were on Spotify 😭😭😭
Town 3 is definitely inspired by littleroot town
Theme 3 reminds me of the underground caverns from Castlevania SOTN, just the beginning part.
battle05が最高に好き!テクノ感が好き
Tell me that I'm not the only one who hears "mi-ckey mouse" at the beginning of Theme 3 at 47:08
Bro why you do that hahahaha now I can't un-hear it haha
Chrono Trigger Vibes all the way. 43:08
バトル6がカッコよすぎる
Ship 2 has some FF12 vibes to it
how come no one is talking about town 4 that a banger it sounds like a ending theme more than a town theme
Dungeon 4 = Egyptian Temple
Battle 2 sounds like something from Etrian odessey
Is like Nocturne Battle town ( 5:40 - Battle 5 )
I agree
28:50
theme 2 make me have a persona vibe
8:33 Hikaru Shidou vs. Gatanothor
I Like Theme4
I got worried when it was gone @_@
My favorite is TOWN 7
55:11 sounds like Littleroot Town!!
Battle 8 reminds me of FF.
Probably the earlier ones and 9. Dat AAAAAAGGAAAAAAGG bass line.
@Fresh Burrito 7 probably
scene 1 reminds me of ff 7 battle boss
So are we just gonna ignore Theme 3 or...
Theme 3 is definitely a battle theme
Is it me or does battle 3 sound like something from Sonic
What did you guys use for your final boss themes, im stuck between battle 2 and 8
Battle 8, but from a DLC that they made a remix from Battle 8 of MZ version and it's so good.
Wish these were the songs in MV lol
2:44 Chrono Trigger?
Can someone please place the battle themes in separate videos.
Battle Theme 3 really impress me the most!
Sure! When I buy the game I’ll post every song separately.

Weakest OST in all of RPG Maker, everything here sounds so generic.
