u didnt mention nothing about CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENT ACT 2010 from the MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT,GOVT.OF INDIA,kindly make a study of it and produce us a video on it
Sir my owner is doctor and he told me to vaccate the clinic during covid time as i asked him to relax my rent for few months. The reason he says he told me to vaccate the space is , he said my clinic is not registered and during corona i kept my ppe in clinic he said to take the kit at home . Sir is it so necessary to register the clinic now if i want yo reopen at other place
in gurgaon ideally you need 2 year authorization BMW certificates from haryana pollution control board which is issued once you have waste disposal agreement here it is for Rs 9000 annually . you also require the municipal council registration which is required for every shop or clinic in a commercial setup this is a bit tricky but cheap process here the fee is Rs 700 annually but you need fire NOC and what not .
@@Saidentalvlogssir even its becoming more and more difficult now for me as government has introduced bar code scanning system for bio medical waste which is at an additional cost of 3400 annually + one time charge of 1500 and every bar code label and puncher proof container is charged separately @Rs 1.80 and Rs 200 respectively the bar code amendment was made in BMW management rule of 2016 and is in effect from 27-03-2019
i don't know how can we address this issue as when i tried approaching IDA gurgaon for better understandingand their take on this issue they asked me to join as a member of gurgaon branch by paying Rs 5000 annually even when i possess a valid membership from there head office
