It’s great to see you back again. My condolences on your loss. It’s thanks to you, that I don’t waste money at garages these days. It’s your videos that teach me. My MK4 Mondeo T’x 2.2 tdci likes to give me headaches.
Good to see you back. I spent £400 with a so called mechanic to replace an exhaust sensor, all that was needed was a small £2 rubber tube. Wish I found you first.
Thank you for all the content that you put out, something to learn, each day has more surprises and newer things to learn, please continue as all your hard effort is well appreciated, Bless 😇
Great to see you back at it. I'm in this same industry as you but on the heavier machines. I've got to say. I've learned so much from your vids. And enjoyed watching. You realy are among the very best on youtube.
Hello Jimmy, just to say this is the best video I've seen on clearing this dpf and piping out because you were patient showing us the steps and stuff required for your job , and although I don't have this engine, I should think the systems are broadly similar (2.litre Vauxhall ) .So far I've been lucky insomuch as there are some nice hills round here , to drive up, Macclesfield area, so I've not had to much trouble when the dreaded " DPF filter full, keep on driving MANDATORY " 😮 Message appears but one day, I'll keep this video in mind if it doesn't clear itself .Nice to see you back and thanks for this again 😊👍👍
Hello, Great work and we agreed here that we have one of the best mechanic on the field sharing his knowledges , we appreciate you alot Jimmy. Thank you for being such a.great person. Tigo.
Just over 2 years ago i done the same but i used EGR cleaner to put in the tube ,Nissan T32 Xtrail Garage said you should not do that but it worked, gaiter on the Exhaust was the problem , but i think best use gloves long sleeves with drill / wire i was stupid and the wire whipped my arm, great video again .
Thank you for the video. If you can confirm using a diagnostic scanner, that the Stop, Engine Failure Hazard is as result of the blocked Upstream pressure pipe, is it safe to still drive the car if you were unsuccessful at cleaning the pipe.
Hello, have same issue with empty cooler fluid. I think it's a leak in the egr cooler. Funny thing is, it's not consistent in going down, sometimes it stays days on level, then it drops in a day. Will exchange the egr cooler soon and check it out!
Good morning, i have a question. Since this pipe is connected to the exhaust manifold, meaning the dpf fluid goes through the turbo first, wouldn't it be better to inject the fluid through the hole where the nox sensor is located? In this way you spray the fluid directly on to the dpf if i'm not mistaken. Thanks for the great videos by the way.
I have a vivaro a 2.0 and getting 2263 underboost code. I've checked vac leaks and also change the map sensor and boost solenoid. Been told could be the upstream boost pressure sensor. Can someone shed some light where that will be located as can't seem to find it. Using a texa axone nemo 2 the upstream sensor is constant at 14. Psi and does not move with revs so assuming a faulty sensor but can't find one, any help would be appreciated
I would like you to explain how this method of going through upstream pressure sensor differs from differential pressure sensor. How these different sensors are connected to the DPF/Turbo. I'm just a novice and likes to learn through your videos. Condolences to your loss.
Jimmy, a quick question buddy I'm a mechanic myself and have sorted out a lot of cars like yourself coming back from garages only half done , that's my moan over 🤣 now to the question !! I want your advice on a VW crafter lwb or a Mercedes sprinter lwb I want to convert into a campervan I'm looking around 2019 year. Your videos are fantastic 👍👏👏 Niall

Jimmy am an old Irish mechanic in NZ have you ever thought of an old speedo cable for unblocking the pipe
Jimmy, it's good to see you back in the trenches.

You defo need a name for that drill and g string.
Hi where u based ?
Yea Jimmy
Multiple EGR coolers cracked on mine causing water loss 👍
Nicky Wire from the Manic Street Preachers as the tool name 😅
Once driven back from Oxford to Swindon with a cat in the back had to go back to drop the thing off 😢
🤣🤣🤣O"reilly the cat snatcher that was funny great video yet again.
I'm still waiting for the BMW x1 😆
Instead of ‘Air On a G string’ it’s drill on a g string 😂
Jimmy I am sure you noticed there was no water in header tank.....is that normal on that type of van 👍
