I prefer Bahamas than Dubai. Good tax benefits. Near US, Panama and South America. Banking and infrastructure are ok. Dubai is better in infrastructure and banking, but too far and the climate is too extreme for me.

For me it is nearer to Europe than Bahamas but I don`t like living in a dictatorship.

I think when it comes to Caribbean islands they don’t care too much about someone being present within the country.Instead as long as they receive capital from an individual then u will be in good standing with the Caribbean islands.
