Hey! You can use a hoover but put it on the lowest strength mode so it wont bring the rug off the floor. If you dont have a low strength mode then stand on it with your feet and hoover it at certain angles.

btw, the 4060 isnt very good so you might want to upgrade, comparing it to the 2060, it has a very minimal difference so maybe invest in the 4080 super of something else
