Thanks for your support!
Just keep posting and I’ll keep watching. We get a bit stir crazy after being home for a few weeks. Stay warm.
Ice fishing, dog sledding, hiking, skiing all sound good. Plus maybe renting an RV for those weddings.
We still have our rig! So unless we magically get another one soon, the plan is to return to ours for some of those adventures :)
I think a lot of people share their stories because they are doing something outrageous to them (like yourselves and RVing). However, once you start liking a couple or someone on UA-cam… you just watch for them and their lives just to watch because you like them. So film what you want in an interesting and positive way and everyone will still love it 😘
I love watching you guys and will be along for whatever content you produce!
Love the channel. Here is an Idea for content. What about interviewing other UA-camrs who work remotely and how they do it and what they do and how it works for them? You are in a good enough situation that can shed light on this for others Good luck. 😊
Vlog whatever you want sounds good to me!
Upper Midwest is great....Northshore in winter has its own beauty, Itasca State Park where the Mississippi River begins...lots of cool places. Luv the badlands in SD. Enjoy your channel....
Of course, there’s St.Paul Winter Carnival, ice fishing, cross country skiing. But I like unexpected spots like Elm Creek Park sledding, Minnehaha Falls in Winter are really cool. Lutsen’s nice. But I like the town of Biwabik by Giant’s Ridge. It has a Colorado feel to it. And check out North House Folk School in Grand Marais where you can learn to make your own snow shoes, mukluks, or your own kick sled among many other things. Tons to do in MN in Winter!
Gear reviews are always good. Also, your technology used in creating videos. Finally, people are always interested in the details of costs…share some of those spreadsheets gurl.
would love to see cool stuff around Minnesota. maybe so restaurant reviews??
As a fellow MN'n - I say showcase what this state has to offer in the frigid months, lol! North Shore is gorgeous in the winter.
I'm not the biggest fan of winter here - I have lived here my entire life, and i think it's kinda crazy you guys came back to MN for the winter 🤣.
Enjoy your time while you are back!!
For fun, I started my own channel and quickly figured out that editing and creating interesting content is a skill set I do not have yet. You have that skill set and I admire that and will keep watching because I enjoy your efforts. Thus, a multi part series on how you create and edit content would be interesting.
Thanks so much. That's a great idea I hadn't thought of! I think there is some interest in the gear I use and the overall UA-cam production process. I'll definitely keep that in mind!
I like to snow bird in Texas or Florida for winter camping. Caution, wherever your income tax info is mailed is where you will need to be during tax preparation time. It has to be a place where you can receive mail and for me, a place within "convenient" driving distance to your CPA. In general, I spend Christmas with my family and then head south after the next couple of days. This gives me time to get my stuff together and packed into my truck and Travel Trailer without having to do that before Christmas (family time).
Being from the east coast I haven’t been to the upper midwest that often. So videos of what life is like in that part of the country would be great! Be sure to maintain your great narration, story telling and photography in your videos. It would also be fun to see your pups enjoy those winters as they always bring a smile to my face! It’s ok to take a break from full time RV life. However I will look forward to when you, Cole and the pups get back on the road in 2023. You have a great way of capturing these trips. Happy new year to you and your family.
My idea of full-time RV life is to chase the weather and intern enjoy the country. But I guess yours would be different since right now you’re not in your camper.
Awe dang...I'm disappointed but, I'm not going anywhere. I wouldn't mind still seeing some hikes if you can do those there in the winter...I would love as much outdoor content as possible. Restaurants would be fun as well and maybe museums. 😜🤪😊😅
Thank you! Yes, the focus will still 100 percent be on outdoor and RV content
Heading to lake Okoboji in Feb for an ice fishing trip. In Iowa but almost Minnesota
Ice fishing for sure, I have a video on my channel where we ice camped at lake of the woods in -35 degree temps
I would like to see ice fishing.
Making a igloo for a night outside.
Lots of fun places on Lake Superior, but not sure the winter is ideal timing for the lake, LOL
Never been to Minnesota, looking forward to your sharing. Is Cole working again, and are u still doing piece work (unsure of the term )?
Thanks for the comment! Cole has been working full time since we left Denver, he worked the entire time we were traveling and is still doing so now. And yes I am still doing freelance work
looking forward to all the winter content!
Please keep putting out videos so real so refreshing maybe a reno of a bigger trlr
Happy New Year!
content... how about "how you plan" for a trip... for example, if you're taking the camper to a wedding back in Denver, how do you plan your route... what tools do you use to identify cool things to do along the way and also where you stay, how do you budget, how do you do a food plan, etc. That would be of interest to me, anyway! Regarding Minnesota, back in 2010 I took a bunch of Boy Scouts to the Boundary Waters, launching from Ely. It was the trip of a lifetime and I've always wanted to go back (and will someday). The other super cool thing in those parts... how about doing the Lake Superior Circle tour? I enjoy your channel, keep it coming!
That's a great idea! I would say one of the most frequent questions I get is about how I plan our trips. I know I've touched on it but would be worth doing a more in-depth video on this.
Rv life is defiantly exhausting at times.
Not a full timer at all here but chorecations can be rough.
I camp beachside San Diego every summer. 6 to 8 weeks every summer. Taco shops, dog beaches, cold beers, and steaks on the bbq.....and actual hot showers!! Timmy C Arizona
Sounds like that's where we need to be!
@@WorkinfortheWild it's kickass!!
So many cool things to see and do outdoors in the north woods of Wisconsin and Minnesota! Content from either would be cool!
Along for the ride! Love your content! Happy you are continuing the channel. What about how you plan your travels and routes? How you find your hikes? Is there a reason why yall really want an RV to reno vs something new to enjoy the travel? What about going to an RV show and seeing what you might like for a different rig? Cheers to enjoying the downtime and space for now!
You're reading my mind! Sounds like there's pretty good interest in how I plan our routes and destinations. I've touched on this a bit but will definitely do a more focused video!
I enjoy and like watching the places yall go to. It adds to my inspiration to get a RV trailer. Yeah I want to see and learn about Minnesota! Keep in mind that I'm in Dallas. lol
We have family in the Dallas area! I don't think we'll focus too much on just Minnesota, more just highlighting some winter activities while we pass the time up here. Thanks for watching and for your support!
@@WorkinfortheWild
Well now, that’s cool! The next time you make it to Dallas, if I’m still here, I have a bottle of Radius Merlot for y’all. I’ll still be watching your videos as the content is always spot on!
Thanks!
Thanks for the update! Not much help with suggestions so can't help out there, but I'll keep watching anyways.
I’d love to see videos of any winter activities there. And rv-ing would be awesome! Especially love hiking, maybe it won’t snow all of the time lol. Looking forward to all of your content. 😊😊
Yes ! You 4 need a BIGGER rig ! Keep looking
You're 100% right! We'll keep everyone posted on that journey :)
Your ideas all sound fun! I’m sorry some folks are being so rigid…and kinda rude. I enjoy seeing this more authentic side of life from your channel. People forget you’re an actual person with a life. I’m here for the journey and look forward to seeing what’s next!
Thanks so much! Appreciate the support
You are so damn gorgeous. Omg in heaven. 🥰😍❤
I have family in North Dakota. I have been there maybe ten times, twice in the winter. Please, no episodes of North Dakota lol. Enjoy your rest. We love your videos.
Haha I don't think North Dakota is at the top of our winter destination list!
I'd love to see things to do around Minnesota! Can't wait to see whatever you come up with!
I live in Arizona but the company I work for, Nice Healthcare, is headquartered in Minneapolis. I’d love to just get to see some “life in Minnesota” content since I’ve only been there once for a week of orientation, but a lot of my tele-health coworkers live there!
I thought this was the direction you would go for the winter when you parked the RV. I think you guys just do what you want to do and not worry about what others think. Full time RV is not for everyone, it’s certainly not for me. I do enjoy seeing other places in the country and that’s why I subscribe to a few RV channels. Just keep the content coming and I will tune in.
Thanks so much for the support!
Weddings !! Is Cole’s brother getting hitched?
I'm in, no matter what the content. It'll be enjoyable watching you 2 go through the process of planning your next rig. I knew you were destined for a larger unit lol
Thanks so much! I'm excited to put together some fun and different content here.
Well I am interested in full time travelers, RV influencers. Sounds like your channel is leaving that platform. I have enjoyed your channel , wishing you luck. I have unsubscribed do to change. Thanks for the great videos of the past.
That's too bad! I tried to make it clear I will still be posting plenty of RV content. Maybe we'll see you back here :)
Robyn is a sad potato 🥔
Door County, Madison, and Milwaukee WI
The back drop looks good, warm and inviting. Couple of ideas rv related ideas, Maybe an rv show or local restaurants/bars nightlife, good eats sorta thing. Maybe some history of the area, museums, ideas for people to visit if they get to the area.
