- Aegon will be a great danger in the second season of House of the Dragon. During the first season of House of the Dragon, Aegon the Second proved to be a person who had no concern for tradition nor honor. He was an immature young man who used to make fun of his brother, and who disrespected his family constantly. Aegon is the least prepared person to be king, and perhaps, for that very reason he could be the most dangerous of Alicent's sons.
During the last trailer we saw him riding his dragon Sunfire, clearly ready for combat. He will have a leading role in this second season. book aegon is a cool chill guy, they made him almost cartoonishly evil. he loved his family, you can say what you want about his arrainged marriage to his sister, but aegon loved his family and he was not a crooked deviant. his bond with his dragon was probably stronger than anyone elses. and had he been given a chance, with the help of his grandfather, he wouldve been a great king.
book rhaenyra was set on plunging the realm into war. ryan condal is unapologetically team black, and he is ruining the story.💚
Lol you do know the book is told through the pov of like 3 people and mostly from a grand meister who heard just about everything from all kinds of different people who heard what they heard through closed doors and so on. In this case the show is more truth than the book.
Aegon will be dangerous because he's coming from a place of revenge.. and inexperienced, egotistical., impulsive. He will make mistakes ..
When he felt the power of being king he didn't want to let that power go.

Yes it is, and I personally think that we are going to see this dagger not only on HOTD, but in very TV show that HPO is going to produce in the future, till we reach to its origin in one of the series, which is far before Valyria I think. It will be the mystery of this universe.
