Would extracting the text from pdf (Relay feature) first then extract using AI have a significant cost difference?

Very good catch! I ran it again that way with GPT-4o mini, accuracy was perfect, and cost was way lower (.1 or .2 AI credits per run, ~30x cheaper). So if PDF->text is an option in your use case, that tips the scales way in favor of GPT-4o mini
