when looking at the pictures on alli express they look different from in the videos. Is this to get around being taken off the market or do they actually look like this in the pictures. If they are what it is in the video, can i assume that all airpod clones that have this image are really not what they look like in the photo and are really clones?

Do you have a video for the first gen or do you recommend a video? Also mine is showing warranty, does that automatically mean it’s real? I thought mine were fake because of hard plastic and slow coming out of the box (but I could’ve just messed up opening it) then I saw warranty and verified it on the Apple website and it confused me.

I bought one of these and the “Find My Network” option does not appear on AirPods settings. Also, most of the options in the Find My app are missing. Is this normal in AirPods clones or is it a malfunction in mine?

No. No one has made a list of the differences between these two. The main differences would be the chipset. V5.2 TB has a bit stronger ANC and Transparency mode. The hinge is not matte painted, but still is metal. It also doesn’t have adaptive audio or conversation awareness. Battery should last a bit longer per charge. A bit more bass in the audio as well

I looked up the serial number and it’s a real one- the packaging was great except for the plastic rip pieces not coming off well, and the fact that the cardboard packaging was hard plastic instead. Also I don’t think these have the same features as the original ones when it comes to find my, and I don’t think the Spatial Audio or noise cancelling actually do anything lol. But to be honest, they’re still really good for how cheap they are. Honestly I’m trying to decide if I should just keep them because they aren’t half bad or if I should even go thru the trouble of complaining and sending them back and demanding for real AirPods? I mean these honestly aren’t bad
In my experience the mics always suck for calls anyway. Everyone in calls says they can’t hear me properly, and I’ve used 3 pairs of real v1s bought directly from the Apple Store. The important thing is that the ANC is good which is obviously affected by the mic

I haven’t updated to the latest iOS version. Since there are always risk of some features that may stop working. It works on iOS 17-17.2.1 from my testings

It’s hard to evaluate the raw material used. What exactly and the amount of ingredient used for the raw material without verifying in a lab.

I would say the v5.2 TB. Better ANC than v4.2 and battery life. Just note that it might not work well on Mac (if you plan on using with a MacBook)

There is no comparison no copy can get to the quality of mic of the original tested so many copy vs mine and none can be compared

Yes, but the menu settings for ANC/Transparency mode won’t be available on Windows. You can still press and hold the stem to switch between the modes
