I would give 4 out of 10 to gaur city. No parking, no greenery, no hospital, gentry bad due to local population, construction quality bad, densely populated, security issues, no clubs, library, parks, kids area

Pros : Good Market, lots of shops.
Cheap Rent.
Near to NH24/Delhi Meerut expressway.
Lots of schools around surrounding.
Near to Noida.
Beautiful temples made by Gaur builders.
Sports Stadium is situated in Gaur city 1 but it is chargeable.
Mall is situated in Gaur city 1.
Cons :
No hospital in Gaur city.
No metro, nearest metro station is also very far.
Very much crowded.
Roads are bad especially in Gaur city 2.
Very less Grenery in Gaur city 2. Artificial grass in avenues/apartments.
During Peak hours so much traffic.
Few avenues/apartment of Gaur builders offers Club house. They have only single club house which is generally far.
Rent is very less so many teanants/bachelors are staying here.
