Well done. I'm 62 years old, semi-retired, and prepping for my commercial check ride. My goal is to fly Part 135 here in Alaska after I fully retire. Good to see others with similar goals!
Just had your channel pop up as recommended to me and I love it! I live in the Okanagan but travel lots on the ground throughout BC, so it is nice to see it more from the air. You have such a warming personality and I feel like you have such amazing stories to tell from just listening to you talk on this one video. Congrats on the new job! Can't wait to catch up on other videos you have posted. Thanks for posting the location info as well when we fly over it.
Congrats Dale. Just goes to show that if you want something bad enough, and you work for it, you can achieve anything!!!! Very excited for your new adventure.
Grand Prairie, eh? We’ll that’s a surprise! Nice airport. I picked up my RV-4 there nearly 19 years ago. Congratulations Dale. Hope to see you before you relocate!
Nice to see Surrey there live close to there and I like that our bike infra is getting a lot better and super excited about the train to Langley will make things even better.
I really enjoy your flight videos and i hope with the new job you will still post adventures from the right seat (or left). I live in Salmon Arm so I know a lots of the same country that you fly over, done it myself many years ago before the Parkinson's.
Congratulations! I wish you every success! Plus tailwinds and smooth landings. Some yoyo in a Musketeer at 3:32. 😛 When I was in my "it's a nice day, what can I do with it" phase of flight planning an hour earlier Salmon Arm wasn't looking pretty so I just flew to Chase instead.
My kids live in Kamloops and I live in salmon arm, so it’s pretty cool to watch this video …… thanks for sharing 🙏🏻😉👍🏻🇨🇦
Glad you enjoyed it
Get VR and MFS2024 sim, vr is the way to enjoy flying for us poor folk.
