One of the best PGs of all time, one of the smartest players of all time, a great leader and a great person. He also worked with the Warriors for 5 years. More importantly KD and Kyrie respect him and wanted him. It's not white privilege at all.

I think White Privilege does happen with coaches in the league, but I think KD is the reason Nash was hired, same way he took less money to bring DeAndre to Brooklyn even tho the Nets have Jarrett Allen

Sorry but my feeling this will backfire. Nash was a great player but a loser. Never won anything alongside Dumbtoni and both were a joke at the Lakers. Being a great player doesn't translate into great coaching.

OB comments are fair but he was really hurt in lakers with the bad back and stuff plus he was 40 years old then (or around that age). Lastly playing with a ball dominant player like Kobe would make most PGs obsolete in certain ways that’s why fisher was so successful with Kobe. Doesn’t demand the ball, hit open shots and just play d.
