@@euanbell912 it was near the end he messed up. He caused an economic crisis in the UK which if you look at his spending, you can see why. He left a note on the desk to Gordon brown which said: By the way there's no money
I think there was a coup against Blair in 2007 as he had promised Gordon Brown he would stand down in his second term of office and then it looked like he was going to hang on until Labour loses the next General Election or during his fourth or fifth term of office if Labour had won the General Elections in 2010 and 2015. Without the coup and the Tories winning a General Election he might have been in office as long as Angela Merkel. That's 16 years in total.

Hahaha! You can't get any more British than that. Swaggy suit with shiny shoes, humming random shit and saying 'right' every time before moving on to the next task.

It's a bit of a myth, actually. There's a decent passage of time here. 11+ years for Thatcher, ~7 years for Major, ~10 years for Blair, ~2 years for Brown, ~6 years for Cameron. There's no doubt leading a country is a stressful job, but there's also plenty of normal aging. Thatcher entered office at 53 and left at 65. Major entered office at 47 and left at 54. Blair entered office at 43 and left at 54. Brown entered at 56 and left at 59. Cameron entered at 43 and left at 49. Yes, Thatcher, Major and Blair are all going to have aged significantly anyway.
@Qasim Hussain Tony Blair. He keeps on aging fast whereas other prime ministers age while in office and then look younger for a bit and then don't age as fast. David Cameron didn't age at all. I remember being told that Harold Wilson, James Callaghan and Edward Heath had slipped out of the back door of No. 10 on losing the election. Or did they really?
I couldn’t stick both Thatcher and Major due to their policies, Cameron wasn’t too bad, worst one of all is the current Boris (The Clown) Johnson, Teresa May before him was a fascinating PM, as she tried to sort out Brexit, times moved on under Boris and Covid-19, be interesting to see how Boris will leave No.10.
