Hey Matt, I met you at the Nashville Mini Maker Faire several years ago and was so impressed with your Wall-E, I grabbed your Build r Club card. I found the card the other day when I started looking back into building a Wall-E for myself. That led me to several sites, the facebook group and finally here. Thanks for putting so much of your work online for others to learn from.

Thank you for showing the process Matt. So great to see our materials used in cool applications like this. We have a bunch of helpful videos on our channel to help with mixing techniques or making molds as well, so feel free to check those out to learn more. One thing we would add, always wear nitrile gloves when working with any resin system to avoid skin contact. Wash with warm soap and water if you do happen to get some on the skin.

Thanks for sharing how you mold your treads. Helpful to know that wood screws work to attach them to the steel plates!

Good stuff. I’m still making my treads and will switch to using legos to make my silicon ( mother ) mold for the remaining I have to do. Thanks Matt 🙏😃👍
