Whenever a shift in the spirit is taking place, I cry, cry, and cry!! For me It's a release of the old that I haven't let go and thought so!! We ask GOD to elevate us but don't understand that where GOD is bringing us, it's unlawful for us to carry what's in us. When elevated in the spirit it will break you if allowed to carry things into a space closer to GOD, it's Holy ground!! We sometimes don't realize GOD wants to elevate us, but there are things within us that can't go near the Holiest of Holies!! When I cry like that and don't know why, I thank GOD for cleansing/releasing me!! I see tears as spiritual water cleansing my soul!! Humility is precious in GOD'S eyes!!
