Now It's time we Africans start to believe the spiritual powers that Africans had before the foot soldiers who are missionaries and colonisation came with their religion and Bible. With their religion which is Christianity they told us that our ways of worshipping our creator is evil and we believe it. So we lost our ways of worshipping our creator. The images in our shrines were taken or stollen and brought to their countries and displayed in their museums for people to go and see and charging them money to enter the museum. Therefore generating income. I live in England and we have mediums, soothsayers, seers and all sorts people like this juju calabash man who you are strangling here because you are sceptical of what he is telling you. I believe him 100%+1. We Africans have to respect what we have please. The mediums and soothsayers in England advertise in daily newspapers and magazines and nobody doubts them. It's not free. They charge you and you pay before they see visions for you or work for you. We have been brainwashed so much because the missionaries brought us Christianity. They don't go to church here. Some church buildings have been sold to Islamic faith or demolished and converted into housing - flats. People here don't believe in God. They think that you are crazy and your head need to be examined because no-one has seen God before. I had an experience in Lagos, Nigeria when I called a taxi to take an old Yoruba man home after visiting me. He refused to enter the taxi. In order to persuade him to enter the taxi I decided to go with him in the taxi. His reason was that he would get home - his house in five minutes or so. I decided to go alone with the taxi to his house. The distance was about 2 miles between where I took the taxi to his house. Do you know that he got home long, long time before I arrived in that taxi. He was even relaxing in the front of his house when I arrived with the taxi. I was surprised how he did it and I don't forget that experience. There was no traffic hold up on the way to blame. I asked him how he did arrive before us. He smiled and said I told you not to bother about how he would get home. He said you were wasting your money by calling me a taxi. He said that he didn't need public transport to get by. I didn't understand him. One day the same man visited me on a Saturday afternoon when it was raining. He arrived at my house as a tall man with dry clothes and no umbrella. This man was a medium built man - say about 5 feet and 8 inches. I asked it was raining and how do you put yourself in this rain to come and see me? He answered that the rain just caught him just at the back of my window and so he wasn't wet. He was shrugging his shoulders while we were talking in the front door of my house immediately he entered my house. Within 2 minutes this man was no longer a tall man but back to his normal stature and size. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. Years later, after I have travelled to London and news came that he died. So I went to his wife to convey my condolences. She told me that they only saw his bed clothes and dressing gown on his bed and could not find him on the bed. Where did he go? She replied that she didn't know but the man told her before not to look for him anytime she saw his bed clothes on the bed and he was not there. I then went to his son to ask when the funeral would be. The son asked me what funeral? He said that his father disappeared. That was it. No funeral he said. I am still shocked about these experiences till today. I was born in Lagos and didn't have experience of these things. But I kept asking out of curiosity. So I was told that, that was how powerful spiritual people were in the old days. They could travel to anywhere in the night and be back the same night. Children and young teenagers or so do it till now. But we label them and call them witches, wizards or evil. That is what Christianity and foreign religions brought to Africans. Africans have spiritualism before the foreign religions arrived. Foreign religions are restrictive and oppressive. Please have a good read. You might want to know the relationship between me and the man. He was looking after me. He chose to look after me. I know I did offer him love and care. He never charged me any penny or farthing. Don't discard or disregard our African spiritualism. It is potent. Modern medicine have X-rays or scans to see the position of babies in the womb while Africans use mirrors instead of X-rays or scans. Africans can move babies around in the womb if they are in wrong positions just with their hand movements on the pregnant women's belly and babies would be fine and be delivered normally. In modern medicine, the women will need surgery (CS) cesarean session. So which one is better? Our ways of doing things have been killed off by foreign interference and we allow ourselves to be labelled as senseless and foolish. Personally I would encourage people and practitioners like juju calabash to flourish as long as they are genuine. Although there are fake ones everywhere. Is the world not full of fakes?
