    I watched a video build of the same plane different scale and manufacturer. You skills went way beyond the other builder. There really is not a wrong way to build a model however, any time you can add in extra details like turn buckles, eyelets and wires, belts or hoses just adds to that detail that let's others know your eye for better detail is what defines a master model builder and it shows here. I cannot just throw a model together now days without showing off my skills and depth of what I can add to a model that others will look at and recognize the person that built that has years of experience and thinks outside the box. Well done!

    I may finally tackle my 1/24 scale vacuform model (Black Knight kit) of the Albatros DVa this year. Your video has motivated me to do so, and it has some helpful views of bits I will have to scratch build. The model is very basic with little detail, so the fret work on the bulk heads is frightening , that's what has held me back, but I'm going for it none the less. Thanks for posting this one. Great job!!!

      Lol I can't even do this on full scale!!! Kidding! The man is genius! I want to learn more and help me rise from the qaqiumire of shit box models- then again he can take a busted up monogram circa 1970s kit where all parts are off scale and when PE meant gym class and still make it look better than real

      @@geokeyey1116 i have watched a lot of his videos and he always use tamiya super thin glue , i use it as well and for me it is the best out there , work with it this glue does what it is suppose to do if you build model airplanes use white glue for the clear parts , the models i work with are assembled so i detail them to match a particular prototype i love this glue makes my job a lot easier

    Sorry for this foolish questions.... What does "IPA" Means?

  • @philray8297
    @philray8297 3 роки тому

    On thinning the paint way down, is there a reason you use IPA and not something like Mr Leveling Thinner? I'm just wondering if there is a unique property to the IPA that makes it better for the ultra-thin mix.
