I really love this short film because it’s a really good representation of how PTSD is like on a person who hasn’t gone to war but did have something horrible happen to them. I just wish more people would understand it from this perspective instead of the way they show it in war movies.

Jena and Josh are so cute in this lil "film".
He really is talented. Everything in his performance feels really natural and sincere and it shows how much thought and care was put into his characters down to subtle mannerisms. I felt like I could walk right into the scene and felt my own chest tighten and my own breathing get heavier along with Max.
It was interesting to see the sort of lingering malign energy/presence tied to the house and the physical manifestation of its influence in Karen’s rash and Max’s asthma. I haven’t experienced anything as severe as what is shown in the film, but I can identify with that feeling of this invisible force weighing on me and slowly eating away at me every time I visit my childhood home. I can relate a lot to Karen and the guilt that follows an act of self preservation in leaving my younger brother to endure what I couldn’t, though, as I said, my experience wasn’t nearly as severe.
Another amazing film starring Josh!♥️ This was absolutely amazing and the song at end credits gives me the chills! Definitely putting this in my favorites!♥️

I think the first time I saw him in a movie and that was Little Manhattan and Zathure but back then he was not my kind of actor but I kept on watching him and I became interested in him after he was in the film with that girl called Bridge to you know. Cannot spell it. Lol and did that dark part. It showed that Josh could be a actor to keep watching and be a actor for the future and become big one day and now he is so I am glad I kept watching him. His role got darker after that film I just said.
