- Students from the University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music received invaluable coaching and advice from Renée Fleming when the world’s most sought-after and beloved soprano made her first appearance the school as its newly appointed Distinguished Visiting Artist.
Renee Fleming got a ten minute ovation for this aria at the Met. The best I ever heard.
Fleming is a great teacher, love the way she addresses the technical details.
Everyone has been spectacular but that tenor is Awesome!
Like her as teacher
she's very gentle with McEwen.
Muito bom.
When Renee talks about doing the plank on the floor, does she mean positioned with elbows on the floor
I think she means a still push-up position. U could push against a wall, too.
i didn't know Adele is an opera singer
Funny that she talks about knödel when she uses it all the time herself!!
I'm thinking the same. Although her knödel doesn't sound ungly to me, to my ears it's like it even makes her voice warm and emotional..
I think that the difference is Ms Fleming purposely uses knödel whereas ( speaking as a student myself) the student isn’t always aware of what exactly they are doing/overusing and being made aware can help with interpretation.
