@@user-qm5eg3fg8c It doesn't make the same type of drawn-out synth sounds that flow together in the original that get into your brain and almost feels like a power line is hovering over you, but it does something just as cool with the new sounds. The new version of the fast symbol sounds is really cool, and the vocal parts are really cool with the orchestra playing in the background. The great thing about REBORN is that it doesn't replace but bring new life to the originals, and I feel like I won't be feeling bored of the same tune being in multiple albums from Infected Mushroom.
@@benjiarias9599 I don't know how to explain it, there are 0 parts here that I like more than the original. Just not for me I guess. I don't think talking about musical scales and notes will help settle such argument.For example Release Me REBORN is amazing to me, I don't think I'd go to the original anymore. Dracul ...just no. Unless the remix brings something completely new to the table or improves the original by a lot I don't see the point of it, and Dracul to me is no improvement.
BTW Dracul (the original) is one of their best pieces in my eyes. So it's not like its going to be easy to improve. It's like them trying to improve Heavyweight.

One of my favourites from the classical mushroom album, definitely weird hearing it in a higher quality.
Those strings take it to a whole new level. Spectacular.
What an absolute beast of a track with incredible basslines and list of various new sounds and godlike closed hihat parts! This track is definitely in top-3 from album!
The "stronger" hi hat its really in your face! I love how prominent it is, also the snare is a killer.
And yeah to me this is the current favourite track ever, I think the original Bust A Move is the only track which is better than this masterpiece.

I'll bet they are using "Battery" by Native Instruments for some of those hats. Once you learn that plugin it makes putting together what would other wise be pretty time consuming hat patterns and other rhythmic stuff pretty quick and easy.

IM always hit the right spot. I don't think I'll ever find anything that's gonna come close to pulling me into the trance state without anything else. Just music. I close my eyes and travel into a different place. Seeing them live for the first time this year was unbelievable.

The ripping or tearing sound in the beginning and at the end sounds like it comes from a synth called Surgeon, or something similar. Super old vst synth.
It's 1986, you just ate a whole bag of psilocybin and loaded up Castlevania on the nes.....
I don't recall super famicon in 86. But yes, Dracula's castle would have been killer on MSX with some crunchy, sandy vermiculite

to be honest, and sorry if i say my personal opinion so, in this killer track, i prefer the older version, the melodic synths that goes under the skin and burned dance floors in past were louder.
If you love the intro you might also like "Tribute to Infected Mushroom - Phaxe"

A More correct statement would be that pale horse intro "has" Dracul's intro, the original track was released 24 years ago and the reborn version track has the same intro as the original.
