1st upto 50000
2nd 50000 to 3000000
3rd above 3000000

Madam in rule 149. Earlier limits were upto 50000-through any supplier
Above 50k to 30 Lacs-through gem having lowest price amongst available sellers
Above 30 lacs- through supplier having lowest bids after obtaining bids
.
But in ur video limits are changed
So the limits have changed kya ??

Good evening madam...well explained..mdm...mdm if 15 firms submitted for selling one product....out of 15 firms ..13 rejected in TEC..and only two firms left than than should buyer proceed or rebid.. as per GFR17 at least 3 firms required for competition..

Still you can proceed, the condition of min 3 bids in limited tender is required only at primary stage. Once you received more than three, the purpose is over..No matter if you filter later

There was an amendment in the said rule 149 on 2 April, 2019. The limits were changed. Please refer that amendment.
