Fathers, I have an idea for a program topic. Could you talk about the difference between being an ensouled body and being a mind within a body?
Fr Gregory heat suggest, place a freezer pack (what you would put in a cooler) at your back in your waist to keep cool
If one searches how to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, there some good websites and pdfs out there. Figuring it out with another person is very helpful too.
