STEMI: GuardWire! Angiojet! No Reflow! One of those nights.

Inferior STEMI in an SVG in which we had to reach for the GuardWire balloon-based distal embolic protection device system and Angiojet rheolytic thrombectomy system. We discuss management of no reflow and highly thrombotic vein grafts.
