Their relationship as a couple was so real lol like the awkwardness, the shyness, the innocence, the puppy eyes, their smiles ..etc They perfectly portrayed introverts, socially awkward people, super shy people ..etc
I really enjoyed this drama. No uneccessary fights or issues between the main leads. Just two grown ups loving, respecting and understanding each other. This kind of genre really suits Siwan. Makes me wanna go watch Run On again hehe
The fact that they just held hands in the last episode. But their bond felt more convincing, pure and understanding than any other leads. That's it. Love portrayed as love and not as a way of pleasure.
Dramas like "summer strike" & "A piece of your mind" often go underrated but would make you want to fall in love in real life as these depict love so beautifully yet so simply. No drama, no twists & turns, just a simple but the sweetest love story.

Dae Beom Greenest flag I have seen till now, and also I got drawn towards his personality and how caring and considerate he is. Have you watched Run On? I'm not sure if the main leads can be classified as introverts or are just more socially awkward.. But their chemistry was so mature, understanding, and wholesome. I really liked how they sat down and talked about problems and didn't just keep things to themselves. They avoided the generic plotlines like jealousy or misunderstandings really well! I also found the FML super likeable. She expressed herself well and wasn't just a push over when things got uncomfortable. Like while they would try to make her feel small she would assert herself and show a strength I found admirable. It wasn't like an overcompensation either just a straight forward self-respect and self-love that everyone should carry.. Took me awhile to realise the female lead is AOA's Seolhyun! Her acting, gestures, makeup and wardrobe just transformed her into a different person entirely. I'm totally watching this. Haha thanks for the rec!
I loved this drama. I didn't like how it became a bit of a murder mystery, but I loved the characters especially leads. As an introvert, I want what they have 😿💞💞💞
Me too, I've just finished it and I would love a second season! :D It was really refreshing seeing her happiness grow as she left the big city for the countryside and that she was able to make meaningful connections! It's such a healing drama, especially as sometimes the characters made for kdramas are so extroverted and out there it's nice to find a drama that is more relatable. Its good to have comfortable silence. There were a few things I was confused about to do with the murder mystery plot line, do you think you could answer them? 1) Why did the police officer and his Dad want to kill Yeo reum? (when the granny ended up being killed instead) Did she know something about Dae Beom sister's murder that she shouldn't have? 2) I didn't understand why the police officer carried on doing the graffiti on the building when Geun-ho was put into prison, as wouldn't it make it obvious Geun-ho wasn't the culprit and someone else was? No worries if you don't know! :) I was just a little confused about them at the end. Do you have any other drama recommendations? I've watched the glory recently and that was very good too!
@@hc95 I think a second season would be so amazing!! I would love to see how their relationship progresses, and how Dea Beom and his fathers relationship changes. There were some points about the murder mystery plot line that confused me too tbh. I think the reason police officer and his dad were trying to kill Yeo Reum was so they could buy the building she was living in. Right after the grandmother died, and Yeo Reum decided to leave, the police officers father ends up buying the building. I don't know why they would continue to paint the graffiti either. I think it was a dumb decision to keep painting it because, like you said, it makes it obvious someone else is behind everything. I haven't watched the glory yet but its on my list, I'm just a little worried it will be to dark for me lol. I recommend watching Uncanny Counter if you haven't already seen it. I just watched it and loved it so much!! I love the found family trope and Uncanny Counter had it. (I watched it on netflix) I also just recently finished Happiness and also really enjoyed it (I watched this one on Viki)
@@hc951. probably because it would frame geun-ho for the current and past crime, and stop anyone from discovering the truth. dae-beom’s father was alive and free at the time so there’s always a chance that he could be proven innocent, but geun-ho due to his disability would be disregarded and seen as crazy. 2. they didn’t, it was yeo-reum and dae-beom at the end doing the graffiti as bait
I won't get bored watching this drama, Daebeom's character really reminds me of someone in middle school, he's so shy and I still like to smile remembering all his awkward behavior around me, he's really cute
Yeoreum did exactly what I need, left her toxic environment and moved away to start a new life in a beautiful place. Only the thought of doing this makes me feel lighter😢I loved Summer Strike!
Currently watching this drama, like the pace and story. Love the two leads. One of my fav actors Im Si Wan from my incomplete life, jheeze. And Seol Hyun from Awaken and The killer's shopping list
As an embivert, easy to embarrased and overthinking person. This drama is nice. When I saw the comment about no kiss scene, I really like it. I always felt disgusted about kiss especially french kiss. How many germs they share? Or maybe the smells come out from the mouth. I can't imagine. Even someone tried to kiss my check, I always push them away because it's disgusting because of smell and saliva. I can handle my mouth's smell but seriously not anyone. Rather than kiss, I love when they hold hand, hug and deep talk.
I’m one ep 11 and this is one of my best drama I’ve watched , just so beautiful and easy to watch i could relate to the characters sm and the love interest is literally like my dream partner , I loved both of them they suit each other so much .
the fact that i watched the Unlocked first before this drama, i couldn't believe they're one person.. he's so cute here i would marry him everyday hahaha!
Calm, heart-soothing drama. Among many scenes , that measuring the size of sneakers from floor is my most fav. I even told my friend about this scene and he loved it.
My 3 requirements for watching dramas are: romance, a happy ending, and a decent storyline. It must also be fully released so I can binge-watch it! I can’t wait for episodes week by week! Watching Asian dramas, predominantly Korean, are my favourite form of escapism. The way the 2ML, (ummm I think it is Bang Jae-min) kissed his 2FL was very emotional, very romantic, very well done- so I was disappointed that the main leads didn’t kiss. L❤ved Im Si-wan’s acting👏🏻💐. I haven’t yet listened to his singing, but I hope to see much more of him acting 💫 Am also disappointed that it wasn’t the usual 16 episodes long, only 12. I have to say, though, that I was utterly appalled when not one adult stood up for the 2FL after she was hospitalised as a result of her father, who habitually brutally abused her. Even the main FL chastises the 2FL in the hospital scene. The Grandmother was even prepared to lie & say she was responsible for the 2FL landing up in hospital to protect her alcoholic abusive son. What message does that send to abused woman & children irl, I wonder. Of course, I do know that this is a drama, but life often imitates art, and I wonder if the manner in which the abuse is portrayed influences society-because the portrayal here, really is the way in which society enables abusers. While writing this, it somehow makes me think of that song ‘LUKA’ by Suzanne Vega. Still, I enjoyed this series, really worth watching!
I agree!! I loved this drama, and I don't think there are many things I didn't like about it but I really wish someone in the 2FL life would stood up for her in that situation and helped her more.
I remember this drama and my trill during small romantic bits, but it went downfall cause so many kdrama focus so much on random family struggling on a side
This kind of relationship only happens bcos both r being sincere and authentic, it's a common thing to know that introvert hates drama, fakery and they know who's real and the want to find a pure and deep relationship, not just outward attraction for lust

So well done. Seolhyun is so talented - acting, musician, kpop. Liked her reference to Santiago from Old Man and the Sea. He was stoic given the pool hall tragedy with his family. Great show from start to finish.
This is the best korean drama I've ever watch. Daebak! I just watched it for the 2nd time. I can't get over with this drama. I will watch this again and again. I can't 😭
He is the first male korean actor who is short and also considerated attractive and manly enough to be loved, sounds stupid, but I liked the fact that he is the first male lead (under 5'11) to be taken seriously and not used as a recurring joke

He is in unlocked movie 🙂 this proves how great actor he iss im in love with him just watching this drama and unlocked movie
One of the comforting dramas 🥺❤️🌿
I swear this is IT
This is my FAVE comfort K drama and I will never stop recommending it!
I love them so much.
Well made. Fun, heart warming.
I love them too!!! They're just so comforting to watch 💕💕
2:34 this part was adorable 😭 3:06 the way he measured the shoes just for her 🥲
I loved when he was getting the running shoes for her it was so cute 🥺🥺🥺
@@bluemoon_films literally 🤧😩
I won't get bored watching this drama, Daebeom's character really reminds me of someone in middle school, he's so shy and I still like to smile remembering all his awkward behavior around me, he's really cute
Summer strike is one of my favorite dramas for sure. Both the leads seem so sweet and decent and the whole setting is actually so mesmerizing
Yeoreum did exactly what I need, left her toxic environment and moved away to start a new life in a beautiful place. Only the thought of doing this makes me feel lighter😢I loved Summer Strike!
I fell for him when I saw him smiling as soon as he appeared in drama
I need a drama with a similar vibe please.
I want to cry this was so warm and lovely
0:19 Him: I should catch her but no that's disrespectful ❤
Being an introvert I can relate this
Same!! I loved it so much!!
I’m one ep 11 and this is one of my best drama I’ve watched , just so beautiful and easy to watch i could relate to the characters sm and the love interest is literally like my dream partner , I loved both of them they suit each other so much .
They are so cute together!...and great writing as well!
They are SO CUTE 😭 I wish this drama had more recognition
I can't get over this drama and them🥺 They're so amazing 💗
It is one of the most healing and romantic drama.
the fact that i watched the Unlocked first before this drama, i couldn't believe they're one person.. he's so cute here i would marry him everyday hahaha!
Calm, heart-soothing drama. Among many scenes , that measuring the size of sneakers from floor is my most fav. I even told my friend about this scene and he loved it.
i will never have enough of them lovethemsomuch
This was such an easy drama to watch. Just loved everything about it.🤩
They were so beautiful together. This dramas initial reviews underrated it. I enjoyed it so much.
I love them together so much!!
not her calling him unnie as a nickname, they're so sweet & healthy (wow), must watch this asap
I haven’t yet listened to his singing, but I hope to see much more of him acting 💫
Am also disappointed that it wasn’t the usual 16 episodes long, only 12.
Самая проникновенная дорама. Для тонко чувствующих интровертов на мой взгляд. Нам довелось увидеть не видимую связь между этой парой. И паралельно отдохнуть душой✨🤗
Introverts are the cutest 😂❤
I LOVE THEM AND THEIR INTERACTIONS
For the first ep. i thought it was boring but later it got sooooooo beautiful
I always liked how chill Si-wan was in Run On(one of my favs) so I'm defo gonna give this a watch, they seem super cute
Yes I loved Run on!!
So well done. Seolhyun is so talented - acting, musician, kpop. Liked her reference to Santiago from Old Man and the Sea. He was stoic given the pool hall tragedy with his family. Great show from start to finish.
I love this drama... The characters are made by Innocent,Originality,...it gives us cute moments nd pure love magics ..,.... ❤❤❤❤
i loved summer strike SO MUCH. it was so cute and i constantly went from full body laughs to huge smiles to big fat tears
This drama is addictive... They are so cute together ❤️😍
Thank you for posting this... that's how i discovered it actually
I want my own Daebum 😂
its so sick and twisted how cute they are. it makes to me want to screammmm
Such gentle, genuine and calm love.....so heart touching ❤️
This is the best korean drama I've ever watch. Daebak! I just watched it for the 2nd time. I can't get over with this drama. I will watch this again and again. I can't 😭
He is the first male korean actor who is short and also considerated attractive and manly enough to be loved, sounds stupid, but I liked the fact that he is the first male lead (under 5'11) to be taken seriously and not used as a recurring joke
Yeah he’s unique
The simplicity of this is so precious 🎉- love 💗 them
Why is he always either the most psychotic red
flag or the most cutest innocent green flag ?
This drama was so soothing and comforting to watch. 😊😊Highly under rated. Pls do watch this one. You won't regret.
Why you lying? Lol this show is horrible
finally I found my kind of drama.. can't wait to start this. Thanks for this video, I'll start it right away
Yes it definitely reminded me of when the weather is fine 💕💕
@@bluemoon_films I can't thank you enough for your video. It made me discover main leads similar to me. Since last year I'm also in that state, hoping to find my way back too :) You graduated right? It's completely fine to feel anxious after graduating. Wishing you all the happiness
This was me 1 year before.. it was when I hit rock bottom. I'm happy that I found little comfort through this drama and thanks to you that I found this 😊
This is so natural and beautiful 🥺
THEY'RE SO CUTE IT MAKE ME CRYYY
oh my gosh! Thank you for this video. I already bookmarked it. Summer Strike is such a relief. People who actually aren't afraid to be happy. And yes, INTROVERTS like you said. After Ep 1, I thought this was going to be so gritty and rough for Yeo-reum, but that town was perfect for her. Since watching The Interest of Love (loved it but it was so frustrating), I've watched The Makanai, Welcome to Waikiki 2 and now Summer Strike. I think I'm cured now.
I agree the town was really great for Yeo-reum, It was exactly the place she needed. I love welcome to Waikiki it's so funny!!
I loved this drama. It was very refreshing and entertaining.
oh my god, I randomly stumbled upon this drama yesterday and now its on my youtube recommendation. Thank you for making content about this drama, I enjoy it a lot and I love how light yet wholesome the story is! :')
I'm so glad you found this drama! I love how wholesome the story is, its such a comforting watch 💕💕
Its one of the best dramas
a man written by the angelest of angels
so true 💕💕
loved the main leads and their chemistry so much but I wish we had more moments between them. prob one of my fav kdrama couples tho
this video makes me fell in love again with his character 😔😔
Siwan’s character in Run On (and their entire relationship) was also a green flag! Suits him so much haha
THEY ARE SO CUTE GOOD LORD
Him just being perfect
I miss this two and the town. The town feels like a small town in Texas and I feel like if I go there I will find these two at the beach or having dinner together somewhere there. Soooo homesick for some reason...
Should have included that scene when Daebeom took Yeoreum's feet measurement on the library floor 😂
3:05 and the fact he measured her shoes size by her floor
me watching this drama after "unlocked" : 👁👄🧿
😭😭 plz I watched it after and was not prepared 😭😭
Same, this feels so weird...💀😭😊
They both look like thesame age in the drama, but he's like 6 years older in real life. Lol
Or more.
@@lorettakrah9304He's 34 in real life and she's 28.
One pf the best Korean dramas I have ever seen ❤ i cried alot 😢
