After I watched this video I had a dream where I was underwater next to a giant black worm that had spikes and other black creatures I swam to the surface and got on this island with tall mountains but what I remember most about the island was a big crab about a foot wide
Very symbolic. This is only my own interpretation, and it's always best we each work with our own intuition. However, in my experience thus far, moving from waters to an island or beach can represent a new stage of our spiritual development in life. Animals we see in dreams are related to egos, although when outdoors it often can represent people we're interacting with in our physical life. Indoors is usually our own egos. This can vary based on context.

So, if you are a single person produce a regular meditation practice where you bring that self-observance of yourself inside and outside of sitting, and when meditating perform pranayama.
