also Death korps of krieg: I see this as an absolute win
Dude I have been waiting for so long for another tau video, and then you do it with the death korp? Amazing. My favorite army in 40k vs my favorite unit from the guardsmen.
It now occurs to me that every single infantryman in the W40k has to be completely blind and only able to see with ocular implants. There is no way a guardsman wouldn't go blind the first time they fire a mass lasgun barrage at the enemy. And if that somehow wasn't enough the Tau plasma fire in return would make certain of it. Even if they weren't blind all battlefield visibility in w40k battlefields has to be completely nil, I'm not even honestly certain if ocular implants would do anything to help. You'd have to spot your enemies through radar/ladar/sonar or some other form of detection.
You could also use Google with UV protection.
We used them to observe nuclear tests since back in the 40's.
@@A1509MDIX I feel like this goes well beyond nuclear though, but I'm no expert. I have no idea just what magnitude we're dealing with here, but it's got to be vastly beyond anything we've experienced in warfare.
To be fair nothing in 40k makes logical sense technologically.
@@Naraku-no-Hana-WE If they can prevent you from going blind from a nuclear explosion, I'm sure it could prevent you from going blind from a bunch of lasers and ecen flagged from explosions.
@@A1509MDIX I think you're underestimating the sheer volume of lasers, plasma, and explosions. It's also worth mentioning they are way, way closer to those lasers and explosions than a nuclear test. But again I'm no expert, so /shrug
I guess that's what we call a... Blitz **krieg**
Tau Fire Caste: we've broken thru their front gate.
Kriegs Guardsman: Break out your shovels boys. We've suckered them in close enough finally.
Yeah, that didn't ultimately work out for the Guardsmen...
I feel like it would of been a lot more one sided for the tau if they had access to their jump systems. If they had crisis suit teams flying quick strikes on the artillery and to dislodge the defenders.. plus the hammerheads have acccess to bombardment weaponry as well. But I gotta say this was so beautiful. Thank you so much for giving the T'au their time in the light! I feel like either everyone hates them or sleeps on em!
Ok now this was epic, best video so far, keep it up man, cant imagine how taxing this was on your pc tho
krieg is like my guard will stand
7:04
Imperial Soldier: „Falling Back They Torn!" a real masterpiece when they entered the outpost! Mmmm 7:04
You have brought me into this game thank you, moreover know i know how much time is needed in order to make such a battle work
Now try to take the fortress back from the Tau when they're in their usual fighting style.
One squad of Astartes will be enough to kill them
All right... Orbital bombardment on the fortress? :) :D
@@laszlofenyvesy920 or just exterminatus the entire planet
@@gachaperson3774 that would be the last resort call if all is lost. aka demons take it over or on the verge of it same with the nids and everything else then that tactic would be invoked.
@@gachaperson3774 a little late but are you joking , right? cuz despite their slow rate of fire. Tau standard rifle pack more punch than your normie bolter. Good luck trying to get through their line of fire. And if you succeeded to close the gap. Pray to the god emperor to not let those tau battle suits smash those poor space marines to dust.
My two favorite armies going at it
Yes both of my favorite factions fight! Glory to the emperor!!
For the Greater Good!
Honestly the fact you like the Krieg and Tau means you have good taste in my book ^^
them t'au rocket/missile barrages were so devastating and satisfying to watch
I often think about how horrifying fighting the Imperium would be for the Tau
Fun fact: the imperium nearly wiped the entire empire off the map with a small expeditionary force but were stopped because some inquisitor said otherwide
@@arl4422 Yeah the Tau really need some type of population boost to give them a power increase
Pair this this Sabaton's Carolus Rex at the right moments and this scenario is given a beautiful chilling feeling! Just fantastic!
The battlesuit bouncing around. xD
Awesome video.
Thanks for the hard work you do for these videos man I don't care how long it takes for you to put out these videos just don't stop they're great 👍
The advance technology of the tau gave them victory, but the glory went to the death korps for fighting to the end against a superior enemy while causing as much damage to make it as costly a victory as possible.
amazing video can't wait for the next one
This level of work is astonishing, i like it
This was amazing and no stupid sponsor adds in the middle of the video that ruin the rhythm and flow of the video, this is the type of video I love from you.
all at the same time the the star wars forces can only watch the tau with extreme terror and envy
To be honest, I'd fully expect Kriegers to rig a base with some high-ex thing (nuclear maybe) in case of a scenario like this. They seem like the kind of dudes that would rather go out with a big "fuck you" than take a loss
Dude, I remember when you only had 750 subscribers. How much you’ve grown and improved over the years! Keep up the good work!
Watching these things, ya know what i realized? I would freaking LOVE a warhammer 40k battlefield style game
Man its been a long time since I've seen the tau win anything
impressive this fortress must have been one hell of a key point to get the tau to attack it head on like this
after passing an hour the tau finds a note with a timer on the command center and the note say (ha-ha) and the nuke goes off
Super! I liked.
This doesnt look like dow3 at all. This looks good.
You got me by using "tau closing the distance and speed" in the same sentence XD
*comes back from a vacation to see this*
Plankton: yesss.... Yessss... YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Always love these
The Imperial Fists are shaking their heads and the shoddy worksmanship.
Dying in battle is basically heaven for Krieg.
Finally! A Warhammer 40000 battle! And a bloody great one!
Simply Epic!
Well this is incredible
Fantastic video. The tau did well considering they don't like close range combat and the soldiers of Krieg, despite losing, took many down with them.
"If this is to be our end, then I would have them make such an end, as to be worthy of remembrance."
the tau battle suit models are so well done especially the broadsides!
Decisive victory to the Krieg forward defences. Incoming Krieg main forces to bend over the remainder of the tau’s haggard depleted army. When Krieg inflict 1:1 losses it’s a victory worthy of a ballad sung for generations.
I was expecting Space Marines in the end, but not this time
My first thought was that even if the Tau win, these are Kriegsmen and they're gonna ensure that they take out at least 10 for every loss they recieve
I don't always watch VxV Tactics. But when I do...I laugh in happy gasmask noises!
Must be the Tau who then became the 4th Expansion fleet cause they are MERCILESS!
Very fun watch, I would love to command those tau instead how ever, there was no need to suffer such high loses against an enemy that cant aim :P
