Today I’m showing y’all what I make on a meal prep day for breakfast and lunch and some snacks.
These are some of my easy go to foods for staying on track with my VSG journey.

I waited around 6-7 months
Those pickle wraps look legendary 🤤 I’ve only ever done ham turkey and cream cheese. Will definitely do these when I can eat food again lol

I am 9 years out I lost a 110 pounds and I'm still losing wait because I star not exercising for a while. I eat carbs though but just half portions of everything. I even eat dessert and I still lose weight

I had to subscribe - you popped up and my family name is Bounds... Doubt we are related, but still thought that was cool because the name is so rare! This is a nice video, too! & Walmart has been rough with the eggs lately... I told a lady just a few days ago to not take the 36 pack that was shrink-wrapped because I was going through the 18-packs and kept coming across broken eggs... I purchased two cartons, but took me a minute to find them.
Also, you can always call Walmart customer service and tell them what happened... Let them know you don't feel like returning them and they will usually refund you with no questions asked.

Hey hun what did you spread on yhe cheese/meat wraps? And what sauce did you make in the baby food jar before you cut up the chicken? Awesome content, definitely helping me!
I’m so happy I can help! I used cream cheese on the meat and cheese wraps and I dip my chicken in Caesar dressing but any sauce you have or like is great 😊
I wish I could enjoy food again everything tastes so nasty to me now after my surgery I’m 2 months in .
Believe me it gets better! Lol I remember feeling like that also!
