You think your storage situation is bad. I wish you could see ours here in California. We also had got rid of a load of stuff (from a family of 6) but we still have a massive storage locker full and we can’t sort it out properly as it’s about 250 miles away. Nightmare! lol

Haha yeah but we’re trying to not consume more than needed, and buying a pair of shoes for one day seems like a waste! So we dug deep and found them in the end 😅
You realise probably - when you move house, you label things and you make plans of where certain items will be. You were possibly not thinking of doing that with storage so now it seems overwhelming, the amount that is there. But I think it is more that you don't have labels on stuff or an organisation of the items. Don't get me wrong - downsizing is useful and you shouldn't feel so bad about what you have - it just takes organising. I know when I got my cancer diagnosis, my thought was 'you need to start weeding out things, you might not live so long to do it all yourself'. Okay so my cancer was removed and treatment is a pill that doesn't make me ill, but I'm still thinking, 'weed, weed, weed'. So maybe you'll be thinking what you want to do with your belongings especially after trying to find shoes for Malin to wear to the wedding.
