@@zooolieee yeah, don't work at a warehouse. 👍
how loud is it in this workplace? because, I'm someone who gets over stimulated by really loud noises so I cannot work in a factory places with loud machines, they drive my head nuts.
If you work in the cooler, moderate noise, but if you work in the freezer, the fans from the AC units are very loud.
half those people talking have never picked a pallet in their lives and it shows.. the job is no easy job.. min warehouse order selectors should be making $25 due to the fact that injuries are so high.. anything below $25 isn't worth it.
The fat manager talking about working hard is crazy. Dude is out of breathing just by talking lmao
Shittiest job anyone can get.
What happens if you gotta use the bathroom lol
Where's the guys screaming to get out of the middle, because other people are trying to get through? Also I didn't see anyone screaming at people to use their horn. Then there's the guy who is down on time telling everyone to move. Typical conversation might be telling the new guy, that you've been using the same pallet jack for 4 years so to kindly find a new one.
Hi, can I work in Wholesale Grocers as an order selector without knowing much English?
Does the voice system also have Spanish language support?
Thanks

depends person to person. know a guy who's selected 22 years, still lean and healthy, still pulls over 150%
@@jaked-snaked Jesus, man! These are the people that I can't stop looking up to! The ones who last the longest doing the same job. Proof of the human resilience! It's insane!😨
@@charliedays agreed, there's only about 7 selectors that have selected over 4 years at my warehouse. I'm hoping to stay as long as I can.
@@jaked-snaked Just take care of yourself! As long as you feel healthy, this shouldn't be an issue!🙂

@@sloppyjonuts9162 LMFAO facts
@@sloppyjonuts9162 I swear..... running & gunning for 18 hr shifts. Your breaks suppose to be 15 minutes but there more like 4 minutes. They start your break right at time & u have to walk 6 minutes to the break area so that time gone so remember it's 6 minutes back to your machine. That's 12 minutes of your 15 minutes break. Enjoy your 3 minutes.
@@yodambomb4974 nope.... they driving area is a ways off. It's a 2 minute walk between Barrett walkers parking area & the break room. I'm on the dry side so we far in the back & have 2 drive 2 the area. I said walk but meant walkers. The building like 1. something million square feet

Dose anyone know how many cases per hr they want you to pull here I’m about to start in Houston Tx in the 288 and Holcomb one I’m not super fast but I’m not slow anyone know?

Don't go home until it's finish. Between 9-13 hrs
Did this type job for 10 years.done 16 hour days.had to tell management that I had another shift in 8 hours.thankfully i got out of there.
Worst job. Good money but it sucks.
yup pepsico was the worst total back breaker and non existent advancement in that work place, gotta wait till someone dies or quits
Ya str8 up. But if you need the money definitely there for you. But definitely glad I got out of there after 14.5 years of selecting.
That's what you are an athlete not a human being I can do 16 hour shifts everyday but I'm not giving you more than 50% a day what I look like a robot keep your money no sir
Se ve muy activo el trabajo pero no veo chicas. Aparte el idioma. Ya veremos
Lotta women in food service now. Only 1 outta a couple hundred or even thousand make it and last at these places for years, most end up doing simpler lighter work, women r built different and there's no shame in that....u can tell from walking in the doors if there's lots of women or not just read the environment.
I have a interview with c&s
So did you get the job? And if so how are you liking it?
Oooooofffff
I like hamburgers
