Looks delicious! But must spray some Sugar-syrup before you spread the cream in order to keep your cake Moist and Hydrated. I think, the butter-cream is a bit sticky, it would be smooth and soften by whisking with 1 tbsp condensed milk . Overall , It was a simple super delicious recipe.
