Idk if someone already mentioned it but the reason insta kill rounds happen is becuase the zombies health attempts to go above 2,147,483,647 which is the highest positive number allowed in a 32 bit binary (which is that number with 0 and 31 1's after it.) When the game attemps to surpass this number, it literally cannot and it resets back to the first number which is -2.147 billion, but this is just reverted to the default 150 hp like on round one since a zombie cannot have negative health

I ALWAYS tell people that groom lake is set in ‘63, and the moon is set in ‘25, but that poses the question, why does blowing up the earth in the Easter egg cause groom lake to look all red and destroyed? The earth is blown up in 2025.
I believe both are set in '25. It wouldn't make sense for both to be in different times as why would earth be destroyed in '63 when you destroyed it in '25?
@Nexus_Simulations As far as the version of Groom Lake/Area 51 seen in Moon, yeah that one is set in 2025. The version we see on Classified on BO4 is set in 1963 since it's where the original Ultimis crew ends up at post Moon. Plus the big teleporter in BO4 Groom Lake doesn't teleport you to the Moon since the link hasn't been established yet. BO4 Classified radios actually explains a lot of the lore for Moon & also confirms the origin of the astronaut zombie, they're astronauts being teleported from the past into the future.

Someone on the zombies team was asked about what the zombies game mode had contributed to the main game, and the answer was pony tail technology. They had to figure out how to create an (at the time) realistic pony tail completely from scratch since no character had needed one before Sarah.

Something interesting, that last radio on revelations is a bit of a retcon because the voice on the kino radio isn’t German at all, as that wasn’t even supposed to be Maxis originally. We know this because we heard what Maxis sounds like on the der riese radios in WaW. Not only that, but Sophia states Maxis doesn’t know she was attacked in addition to the handler. We obviously know that Maxis did know seeing as how he already made a plan to poison her. He either made the poisoned tea before recording the log entry or was preparing it while recording the entry so wouldn’t make sense for him to omit that from his audio logs
Also, they went from patient 6-2 to 2-6. So, this is not at the same periode of time. The first is a lot more further in the ''Future''. And the first one doesn't finish on the same ton has the second one, so this is another clue it was not at the same time

Simple answer to zombie instakill rounds. The zombies health integer overflows and basically resets to initial value. It has to do with the game being programmed in 32 bit. Once you hit a certian number the game cant process any further so it resets
to explain instakill rounds in simple words: in a game, when a number reaches it's maximum, the moment it advances by 1 it reverts to tho the first variable, AKA the zombie health in round one

I "spread" the rumor with the cosmonaut on moon and the Order of excavators. Because I played moon a Million Times, got hundreds of people the easter egg, still got the Most Sessions of BO1 moon on Trueachievements. And I found Out about IT, tested it in hundreds of Games with different ppl. The Game Starts with an Order or a preset on which round which excavator comes. The Astronaut "controls" the preset. If you kill the Astronaut mid round the complete preset Changes, but If you kill him when an excavator comes, the Game switches to a different preset where another excavator appears after the one currently. And If you wait and Hack the excavator, dont Finish the round and wait intil the Astronaut respawns and then start a new round, it is possible that in the next round a different excavator appears. And yes the Astronaut If respawns hast Double the health but If you got the qed grenades he is insta kill nö Matter what round.
