DIY sphere making jig for the lathe

This is a simple ball making jig for the lathe. I used 9mm plywood, 6mm threaded rod, washers, nuts and an old woodturning scraper to make it.

I've seen other similar jigs but I like your simple straightforward design. I'll build this and I can make croquet sets with wooden balls for the neighborhood. I need to learn more Greek. Years ago I used to work for people from Κως and I learned all the swear words and things like like έξω ζέστη and πεινάω. Great video Thanks!
