Hello! I have connected camera via public IP/noip ddns but still getting "Connection failed" in Hik-Connect Android App.
I guess problem in ports forwarding? Looks like app doesn't use provided one.
Yes maybe your port forwarding not success or your router dont have public ip
@@hikconnect Oh, sorry, I meant when I try to open "Remote Configuration" page. Camera itself works well in app. I'm using "Operator" level account.
