Buy bulk electronics, EVEN IF THEY DO NOT WORK, sell the PARTS that do. I took apart a tablet with a broken display once and sold every other part including the back lid. lol Word! I don't even sell that much, maybe a few items a year- but there's something I want, so it's time to take my own advice again. BTW, those lil cables that connect to displays can go for about $20 just by themselves.
Reseller old school/storefront since 1974 and online since 2000. Just sold storefront and moving forward 100% online ..Thanks Casey for standing up ...
Most of the goodwills in the bay area have an employee that is a reseller or has a reseller friend and the employee pulls product for them and holds on the side until they get to the store.
Back before storage unit auctions were online, I went to several to hand out my business card, book buyer. Nobody took me up on my offer. There was an air of hostility with the crowd.
God bless you , Casey You're a great young man 😊 I know you have worked so hard to get where you are today ! Thank you for always putting out informative content 🙏 Mrs j. Montgomery County, Texas 🙏
@@RockstarFlipper But the goodwill bins are my favorite spot to go. It’s like treasure hunting! Found a box full of sterling silver kitchenware the other day!!! People just pass by it like it’s trash.
Just watched and took notes! Going to do a resell bus. So far, went to goodwill bins, have my Fenton, blenko and fossoria, my Wilson’s leather jacket. I have set up area for photos. I have been watching your videos for years. Very good stuff. We have been selling used motorcycle parts since the early 2000's. A large part of sales were overseas and most of that dried up during and after the shipping prices went up, not to mention everything getting delayed and lost, and energy went through the roof in Europe. Customers just didn't have as much money. Domestic sales dropped and no longer brought in enough to allow us to live off of this. We own our building and land and I am interested in transitioning into consumer products. We already have all the listing gear, store and storage space. I appreciate these videos. Just wondering if there are products which are easier to deal in during the learning phase of consumer goods? Thanks
12:00 People should be careful having frequent yard sales, as you may need a tax license. But they are usually cheap and easy to get. For example, in my area you can only have 3 yard/garage/tag sales in a rolling 12-month period without a license, but the license is only $63 a year and submitting monthly tax payments is usually straightforward on the county/state treasury website. Definitely worth it if you do yard sales monthly or more, I think.
I buy storage units and end up with items I don't ever want to sell....I mainly deal with clothes.....I have alot of boxes I want to make up and sell by the box.....just trying to figure out where to sell them.....ive thought about whatnot but not to happy with the way they are being lately.
Any chance you live near CT? I have thousands in clothes I want to unload. I don't sell clothes. Everything from Women's Shoes to Versace silk ties and Prada shoes.
@@RockstarFlipper ok cool.. I would love to hear the "why not".. I have an antique stroller thar sells for $800 on ebay with freight shipping. Locally from a consignment store I am told this item can only sell for $200, and they would take $100. So that explains my curiosity.
heres the video summary. Im gonna tell you 7 ways that you already know. In the middle of the video im gonna say " I have a source that makes me a ton of money but i wont tell you that secret" There, I saved everyone time.
Did i miss any methods that you use?

There is a fellow I follow, doesn't post much these days, who does retail arbitrage directly on eBay.
It"s all about the hustle, keep in contact and it will start coming in.

The goodwills in my area have their own ebay store so they are the 1 out of the 10 that says no.
Tons of goodwills have ebay stores and had them for 15 years, search it on google "goodwill ebay store"
I do a mix of all this
great tips.

@@antwhite684 no I'm in East TN...but put those ties on posh because you will make that money
I like the HiBid auctions, you just have to set your top price and walk away...don't get caught in the "I need/want to win".
Its a great site
Great video ty
Very welcome!!
Regarding Tip number 7 Retail Arbitrage, what is the profit margin in general?
No “general” margin. Depends on the clearance sale you find. The store. The current hype around items or the market. Could be 10 or 20%. Could be 120%
@RockstarFlipper i should have said "average " not general, but I understand from your answer that it is highly variable. Thanks!
Thankyou
Welcome!
Am guessing you meant Beaverton, Oregon
Ahh yes thank you
Rockstar, it would be great if you covered shipping freight on ebay. The ebay explanation leaves questions.
I don't do freight shipping on ebay, HOWEVER when i have my pallets shipped inbound via freight, i use "FreightQuote.com"
