It’s really your preference... Is functionality more of a concern or looks? Calfskin is really glossy, extremely easy to clean and very durable. Whereas Lambskin must be handled with utmost care since it’s easy to get damaged and scuffed . It’s harder to keep clean. But the leather itself is very durable and also elegant.

Zip isn’t difficult to open. It does wear out a little easy because the leather is delicate. But not too bad.
