- The goal was to make the whole lap together but my friend Phil in his Schirmer M3 did not have the possibility to wait for me
This is why I had to reach him back before we could finish the lap together
As a gentleman driver, Phil does not overtake as long as the other driver does not clearly move on the right, this is why I can reach him back while he is blocked by an other car
The Schirmer M3 are by the fastest E92 ever built.
He is on brand new Dunlop Direzza (amazing semi-slicks)
I'm on tired Yokohama Advan Neova (good semi-slicks)
I have 110kg on the passenger seat. I can't remember if my friend also has a passenger.
For both it's our first weekend on the track in 2015.

+Swiss Chris what's the max power you can get with that engine to ceep up whith the gtr's and 911's the're arround 600 hp and do you feel like the m3 gts is underpowered when you drive against some of them

I enjoy the curves so I love good chassis and do not care much about the power. But what is sometimes problematic is when you come back on powerful car in each turn but can't overtake because they fly again in each straight...

I generally go with friends who have different cars (but mostly BMWs)
Overthere I meet Devotec, the Schirmer team etc and of course we naturally make some kind of E92 group

Boysen full titanium exhaust. Unfortunately you can't buy it, they only produced X pieces for the GTS and CRT.The different noise also comes from the 4.4 forged engine. The 4.0 with an Akrapovic Evolution doesn't make such a "deep" sound

Just plug a standard small micro in the GoPro through the GoPro 3.5mm jack adapter
And use pretty much protective foam to stop the wind sound

How did you get your timer to start automatically?
Felix Pfaltermann Harry's Laptimer. Download the track, turn the app on before you go on the track and that's it. It works 9/10.

t-rucker j a bit for sure but not that much in real life. The micro is at the exhaust on the M3 and in the cabin in the M4. I will put it at the exhaust next season

Hast du noch die original Felgen drauf, denn mein onkel beschwert sich ständig dass es keine einheitlichen semislick reifen für die größen gibt^^
Es gibt eine Möglichkeit mit fast alle Semi-Slicks

In der Schweiz haben wir 8% Toleranz. Vielleicht im Deutschland musst du beim TÜV eintragen machen

Yes stock, but this is a special M3 with KW Clubsport suspensions from factory

+Jimmy H The M3 GTS has a specific forged 4.4 engine from BMW Motorsport. The Schirmer has a stroker kit.
One of two things. Either the suspension setup was not correct or the tyre choice was wrong. All that squelling hurt my ears

You little boy are all the same the sound. I’ll take performance over sound all day as everyone knows when you lose even your car sounds better no one cares. But if your really into sound I have a mean weed wanker you’ll love .
