In Balance Sheet - 7 (As on 10th July), Total will be 9,95,000/- (Not 10,75,000/-). From 7th July to 10th July the only change is selling inventory worth Rs. 1 Lac for Rs. 1.2 Lacs, adding a profit of Rs. 20,000/- and no other additional transactions are done. So previous total of 9,75,000/- should change to - Rs. 9,75,000/- + Rs. 20,000/- , which will be 9,95,000/-

Sir in first balance sheet problem we hav not shown net profit as liability, Also to balance it out we have to increase current assets by 25000. plz let me know if my assumption is correct?

With due respect, this has to be followed with submissions of assignment. Assignment could only be submitted after inserting Student ID. Almost majority of registrant have not been given Student ID till date and lot of discussions are on ASK QUESTION regarding ID.

2nd issue, There is second list (replaced earlier) uploaded for assignment. The alloted company changed. Assignment form is with email ID but still ONLY number allowed.

where is net profit in example 1 gone?
what about the profit (reserve) in the first example? It's not shown in liability column
it will be added, i guess they made a mistake....
It is a mistake on their part. I can assure you, net profit is added to the capital in the liability column. Cheers
