Yasss! I totally need this! I do have one thing i found. Magnetic spice rack shelves. I was able to empty an entire cabinet by using it. Its attached to the upper side of my fridge with my microwave below it. So awesome!

You need the door buddy door strap to keep the dogs out of the cat room! I've used mine for years and it's great!
I second this! It’s the only way I keep my dog from eating my cat’s litter. And it is easy for the door to close or unlatch for people

The cat door gadget is GREAT for an outward opening door! We have three large breed dogs (two Pitbulls and a Dane) and it keeps them out!
Rachel leaving her basketballs out in the sun to expand was probably more of a pain in the bucket than getting that dustpan and bucket contraption to be less quarrelsome.

We use a baby gate to keep our dogs out of the cat room and have never had any issues… smallest is a yorkie and biggest is a golden retriever…

One thing for anyone to know about cats is they have a floating collarbone. That’s how they can seemingly fit into small and weird spaces and get called liquid. Just about anywhere their head can fit, they can fit. Their whiskers also help with that. Whisker stress is a real thing and they can prefer shallow and wide bowls

Take a piece of cardboard and a length of duct tape. Attach to bucket. No ramp.
A sturdy rubber doorstop with a cord attached to it with an screw hook which you can grab the cord to release it.
It's a squishy in the shape of a basketball, it barely bounces and still makes noise.

I have a different type of cat door latch that works awesome! It’s the door strap by door buddy!
we have a room just for our cat to keep our dogs out as well, if u dont mind sticking something to the door and or wall, we bought a latch that sticks to both sides, easy to move the latch if u need in but the dogs wont open the door! ❤

There are some pet bowls that will open for the cat based on her chip.
You need a dog gate that also has a cat gate! That's what I have! Keeps my dogs out, and allows the cats in freely
Use a baby gate! My grandma has one on top of the frame and one on bottom so the cats can get thru the middle

For your cat room try a baby gate, cars can jump over them easily dogs not usually.
For keeping the dogs out and letting the cat in, I think there’s baby gates you can get where there’s a tinyyy door in the bottom you can leave open for a cat but not a dog 😊😊

I have one that more secure...its more latch-like. Comes with sticky bit to attach it to the door and wall (or can be screwed in)

If you put the side of your foot against the back of the dustpan under the handle, your foot holds the dustpan for you while you sweep in the dirt. Picks up a bit more easier lol

Put a door wedge behind the door on the floor near the handle
And a suitable size tube or baton upright within the hinge of the jam 😊
Now it wont move either way 🎉 ta da 😊
If u wanna really make sure the wedge doesn't move ,, have it big enough u can attach one or two bathroom door bolts onto it ,, sinking them into the floor 🎉
Be aware,, this is a guess,, do not unnecessarily damage yr flooring or any potential underfloor heating or pipework,, 😮

the cat door thing is amazing our dogs dont try it and our cat is too fat to fit through bars of a baby gate (he's on a diet don't worry)
They make dog doors for cats that are small enough that dogs can't fit through
You do know that you can buy a dust pan that has a stick so that you dont have to crouch so low
Also it's not just dust that can go in the bucket Pan

The car step thing has been around for decades but was made of metal. It is a good product but this plastic one just seems unsafe. Besides the metal one has a higher weight limit.
Your truck body is made of aluminum, soft metal, so it’s going to push in easily with that step thing.
