I'm glad that UA-cam recommended this channel to me. I enjoy watching this kind of content, and I think the algorithm picked up on that. I already follow a few similar channels, but your content is impressive for such a young channel. I would love to visit someday.
I'm very interested in what happens behind the scenes. I've been wondering about things like land prices, how difficult it is for foreigners to buy land, and workers' wages in the area. While I'm not planning to do anything similar, I've been looking online for real estate prices in Africa, and the only results I can find list properties at prices that are more expensive than in most EU cities. I find it hard to believe that these prices are realistic, and I assume it's necessary to find land locally.
Hi Alen, you are welcome here and thanks for the compliments!
Oh yes, these were some big questions I had before moving to Africa. Good idea to make a video about these things very soon. I have an answer to all of them by now. I will save your input and when you subscribe the video will for sure pop up soon 😃

Where are you?
In dry season it can get a whopping 43 degrees. At this time (rainy season) it is between 28 and 35 degrees.
Hello, good morning how are youuuuu? Waiting for my shout out in your next video.
Coming very soon 👋🏾
What do you think we should put on the office building? And on the signpost?
Put some neon lights, it’ll draw crowds from miles away
how much did the solar cost?
The solar is very, very expensive. But the good part is there will be no costs for electricity after the investment. We paid about a lot for our system. In Zambia we have poor electricity network which is not reliable and also they do loadshedding. So it is worth it when you run a company
