This MIDI playback is unreal: Come Listen!

There's so much more to good #midi playback than good instrument sounds. I've identified a long time ago that the #music industry needs an easier way to record good midi, and here we are in 2023, with the same old solutions. It's time for some changes. Your average #composer is not going to be technical enough, or have the patience to "nuance" their own works, but with my techniques implemented into Music Jotter, it becomes much easier. My recordings should give you ideas on how your music can sound during the composition process.
This is the full recording of Zach's Elegy using my techniques and Music Jotter's realistic playback feature. I will be implementing everything you hear into the new Music Jotter's playback engine. I first am going to focus on realism in #piano. Then I will work my way into other instruments after initial reception of Music Jotter.

This is excellent. This would be an indispensable tool for composers who either don’t have the skill necessary to play their pieces or don’t have the resources to find someone to play it. It isn’t foolproof, however it doesn’t exactly need to be. It has enough nuance that when paired with even an above average quality vst, will create an experience that is realistic enough to not detract from the music in a way that would repulse a listener. This may actually be revolutionary for composers.

Thanks for listening! Playback is definitely a tricky art, but I feel like playback in every notation software is the least priority. With Music Jotter it's going to be the top priority. Because what good is writing music, if you can't enjoy it while you compose?

Man, pity about the opening section being too fast. But other than that, this is just awesome! I learned a lot listening to this. Whenever I write something again, I'm going to keep in mind some of these techniques for my current setup, but this program you have is clearly superior for writing and composing in a more natural way. Kudos!

Thanks! It's all about awareness! And I'm very sorry about butchering the intro. Your video actually took me the longest to create out of my UA-cam journey so far, so re-recording the mp3 would have delayed the release of the video even longer.
