Regarding the EV display stuff. Is the plan just to have it connected to the zombie WiFi and just use the gauges screen on the web interface? Is everything communicated via the zombie? By having it connected to the zombie WiFi, does it inhibit other aspects of the head unit?
At some stage I'd like to have the info displayed on the dash but for now this is showing voltage, rpm (ish) and temperature of motor and inverter. It would be nice to see amps and power but that will have to wait until I get around to it. 0:27 The VCU is not Zombie but Damiens original Leaf Gen1 controller. The only issue it causes is having to switch apps to change radio channels. It communicates via WiFi but the rpm has some lag and needs calibrated.

It's a live page so updates pretty much constantly but there is a lag for rpm. I assume the zombieverter works the same way.
